2025.10.28 Routine patrol. No equipment faults. Contracts 216/216. Waiting list 38.

2025.11.18 Routine patrol. Replaced 1 lot light. 2 racks loose; retightened.

2025.12.09 Routine patrol. 1 long-immobile bicycle at the center of Row D. Arranged an inquiry on its anti-theft registration.

2026.01.13 1 inquiry from a user. A removal-warning sticker had reportedly been affixed. Replied that it differs from the format issued by this company. How it came to be affixed unknown.

2026.02.03 Row D section maintenance. Cones set out. Removed 1 bicycle at the center as abandoned (prior notice posted). The attendant’s records and our patrol copies do not agree on when it was judged long-immobile. The contract holder could not be reached.

2026.02.17 Removed bicycle transferred to storage. No contact about retrieval.

2026.03.02 Maintenance complete. Cones removed. Empty slots 4. Began offers from the top of the waiting list.

2026.03.16 Offers 3, declined 3. Reasons recorded for 2 (location feels far / hard to get bicycles in and out). 1 with no reason recorded. The slots in question are in Row D, the station-side run.

2026.04.06 Offers 4, declined 4. Waiting list 44.

2026.05.11 Routine patrol. Row D empty slots, no change.

2026.06.15 Routine patrol. Same as above.

(Below the last line, one line not printed but handwritten) From the next patrol on, no more bicycle. I’ll go on foot.
