D-0003 There are no empty spaces in this bicycle lot
Shiki East Exit No. 2 Bicycle Lot
Observation Period
around October 2025 〜 2026-06-15
// Overview
At a subscription bicycle lot that stayed full, records remain of empty space that kept forming only around one bicycle. Even as the waiting list for openings kept growing, that space alone never filled — and whether it even looks empty does not agree from person to person. What survives includes a copy of the attendants’ handover notebook, the management company’s inspection records, and a few interviews. That notebook changed hands three times, and each writer calls that one bicycle by a different name.
