Overview
Phenomenon NP-6308 involves documents undergoing unnoticed changes under specific conditions. Notably, word duplication and date information alteration have been observed.
Content
This phenomenon involves alterations occurring randomly with unpredictable timing. Altered documents commonly exhibit repeated words in pairs. Additionally, the date information of altered documents is always set to 24 hours prior, leading to discrepancies between the altered and original documents. Moreover, alterations result in the document’s page count changing to an even number. Regular checksum verifications fail to detect these changes, indicating a need for alternative verification methods. Assessment is ongoing, emphasizing the necessity of further scrutiny to maintain record integrity.
Notes
Initial reports of this phenomenon originated from specific electronic document recording systems. Detailed analysis and exploration of similar cases are underway, and the auditor continues to monitor all relevant instances. Inquiries should be directed to the technical department.
